Shelly is very knowledgeable about skincare, she recommends treatments to address areas of concern, and she truly cares about the results! Shelly is AMAZING! Not just because she has fully cleared up my acne and hyperpigmentation, but also because she is professional, knowledgeable, and one of the most genuine people I have met. As an African-American woman with hyperpigmentation I was planning on getting a laser treatment ($1800 one session and chemical peels) to help with my hyperpigmentation, prior to meeting Shelly. Shelly was knowledgeable about my oily skin and what ingredients clog my pores and were just not good for my oily, acne prone skin. Shelly treats all races, ethnicities, and problem skin with care. I no longer wear makeup to work or on weekends. No more dark spots around my mouth, forehead, and cheeks, and I get compliments from individuals that work at Sephora and Ultra when I go in to just buy lip gloss. She’s just truly the best.
